HELLO! I'm Elena, the manager of Banzai Dolls. I sell often to European Union collectors because from Italy there's no custom fees! This site have no more the english version but it's easy to read even if you don't speak a word in italian (see the Guide in this page).

For orders, preorders or informations you can contact me via e-mail at info@banzaidolls.net, I'll be glad to give you all the informations you need!!

Please note that I take preorders for every new Pullip (except limited editions), so you can start to preorder the dolls even if you don't see the preorder in the site.

Shipping fees in Europe are not so high: the maximum fee for 2KG. is 12 euro via registered airmail, but just one doll will be shipped for 8,50 euro via registered airmail (delivered in 6/8 days)
